Now, the company has introduced yet another electric scooter, the Bajaj Chetak Premium. While the previous scooters didn’t showcase a plethora of additional features, the Chetak Premium is expected to boast a distinct display and witness alterations in its control panel.

The scooter is equipped with an Off Board charger with a power output of 650 watts, allowing for convenient charging away from the vehicle.

Bajaj Chetak Urbane (2024) STANDARD
The 2024 Bajaj Chetak Urbane Standard variant retains the impressive 113 kilometers range similar to the TECPAC model but operates at a slightly reduced top speed of 63 kilometers per hour. It shares the same Off Board 650w charger and sturdy steel body construction as the TECPAC variant.
However, the Standard version offers a single ride mode – Eco, focusing on efficient energy usage for daily commuting. This variant doesn’t specify Hill Hold or Reverse Mode features and provides limited app connectivity. Nevertheless, it includes sequential blinkers and a FOB Key for added functionality and security, respectively. The effective ex-showroom price for the Bajaj Chetak Urbane Standard variant is ₹1,15,001.
New Bajaj Chetak Premium STANDARD
Moving to the Bajaj Chetak Premium Standard variant, it offers a slightly reduced range of 108 kilometers on a full charge but maintains the top speed of 63 kilometers per hour, aligning closely with the Urbane Standard variant. The Premium Standard variant introduces an On Board charger with a higher power output of 800 watts, reducing the full charging time to 3 hours and 50 minutes, providing quicker turnarounds for riders.
